Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within the guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

You may return any unused, uninstalled, and unaltered item within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your invoice for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions:

• Custom orders
• Rebuilt parts
• Electrical components
  These items are non‑returnable unless defective upon arrival.

Refund Details:

• Refunds apply to the value of the parts only.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
• All returns must include a completed return form.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Roberts Motor Parts is not responsible for the use or misuse of any parts sold.
Neither the manufacturer nor the seller is liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from product use.
By purchasing, the customer assumes all risks and liability associated with installing and using these parts.

Shortages or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or contains incorrect quantities, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
