Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
Shipping Options & Rates
We use real‑time carrier rates to calculate shipping costs at checkout. Rates are based on:
- Destination (domestic or international)
- Order weight & dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Domestic (U.S.)
- Standard Ground: Starting at $20
- Orders over $200: Shipping is 10% of the order total (before tax), unless oversized/heavy.
- If your order qualifies for USPS Small Flat Rate, we’ll adjust your shipping cost before charging your card.
International
- Starting at $35; initial rates shown at checkout, and are subject to change. We’ll contact you and adjust your exact shipping cost before charging your card.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Oversize & Heavy Items
- Standard U.S. Ground: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited options available at checkout
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

International Shipping Notes
- We ship worldwide where permitted.
- Customs processing times vary; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- All customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
